Imagine Homes Building New Homes in Tobin Hill

At the corner of McCullough and East Courtland Place Imagine Homes is building nine single family homes in a small development called Courtland Commons. An additional development called Park Place will be started soon at the corner of McCullough and East Park will offer eighteen homes.

Both Courtland Commons and Park Place will offer two and three story homes with attached two car garages, gourmet kitchens, spacious living areas and designer amenities. State of the art Smart Home technology will also be available for sale to add additional control and features. The three story homes will feature rooftop terraces with the option to add a bar and/or powder room at the rooftop terrace.

Energy Efficient New Homes at Triana

Hill country views, wooded home sites, acres of greenbelts and wildlife preserves and a superb selection of energy efficient homes await homebuyers at Triana, a new home community located in Helotes, off Bandera Road, about 4.5 miles west of Charles Anderson Loop 1604.

At Triana home buyers have the choice of 55’, 65’ or 80’ lots. Many of the lots in the community also back onto greenbelt land, offering owners additional privacy and views of mature trees behind the home.

Homes in Triana are being built by three of San Antonio’s leading green home builders, David Weekley Homes, Sitterle Homes and Ryland Homes.

David Weekley is building its EnergySaver™ Homes on 55’ and 65’ wide lots at Triana. These homes average a 65 on the HERS index. The HERS Index s a scoring system that compares the relative energy efficiency of different homes. The lower a home’s HERS index, the more energy efficient it is. David Weekley Homes was recently named as the leading green home builder in San Antonio by the San Antonio Business Journal, based on the number of green homes built in 2011.

David Weekley Homes and Ryland Homes are offering energy usage guarantees to buyers of their new homes at Triana. Based on analysis of construction and building envelope leakage the home’s energy usage is estimated and guaranteed within the guidelines of the program.

Ryland Homes has been building energy efficient homes since 1999 by utilizing blown cellulose insulation in the walls, Low-E windows and high efficiency A/C units in combination with MERV filters. At Triana, Ryland and David Weekley homes are installing 16 SEER A/C units. Ryland Homes is building three series of homes at Triana – The Enclave on 55’ lots, The Executive on 65’ lots and The Estates series on 80’ lots.

Sitterle Homes is building its Heritage Series homes on 80’ lots at Triana. Sitterle Homes was named the third leading green home builder in San Antonio by the San Antonio Business Journal based on the number of green homes built in 2011. Sitterle Homes is building High Performance Homes at Triana, complete with include sprayed foam insulation in exterior walls and the attic, Tyvek house sheathing and 15 SEER Trane A/C units. The Sitterle Heritage series of homes offers granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen as standard and an abundance of elevations and structural options.

Triana is in the well regarded Northside Independent School District and is served by Garcia Middle School and O’Connor High School.  Younger residents will be able to attend the brand new Los Reyes Elementary school, located just outside the community’s gate, which opens in August 2012.

Residents at Triana will also be able to enjoy the community amenity center with a park, playground and swimming pool.
