Kinder Ranch is a master planned community in the foothills of the Texas Hill Country. Hill country views, wooded home sites, acres of greenbelts and wildlife preserves and a superb selection of energy efficient homes await homebuyers at Triana, a new home community located in Helotes, off Bandera Road, about 4.5 miles west of Charles Anderson Loop 1604.
At Triana home buyers have the choice of 55’, 65’ or 80’ lots. Many of the lots in the community also back onto greenbelt land, offering owners additional privacy and views of mature trees behind the home.
